24/7 podpora ja chatbot co nevyresi vubec nic. Ve vsech obrazovkach se cloveku snazi agresivne natlacit naky sluzby. Tlacitko podpory na Pixel Xl Pro nejde znackout, protoze je prekryto hodinama.

Pětkrát jsem si u vás objednal letenky, a jakmile jsem potvrdil autorizaci platby tak mi vaše aplikace spadne a hlásí, že nejsem připojen k internetu. Víte, já už víc připojen být ani nemůžu. Máte v tom bordel, a já na vás spoléhal. Teď musím hledat u jiné firmy, která nemá takové problémy. Nemůžu se na vás spolehnout. Nemate stabilní aplikaci. Upozorňuji všechny zákazníky, radši si najděte jinou společnost, jinak vás to bude stát čas a nakonec i peníze.

Mám s Kiwi velice špatnou zkušenost. Objednal jsem si u Kiwi letenky Praha - Bangkok .Bylo mi změněno ze strany Kiwi jméno na letence a a Praze mne odmítli odbavit. Musel jsem si koupit nové letenky na stejné sedadlo kde cena byla zvýšena na 60000kč. Ze strany Kiwi žádné vysvětlení, žádná pomoc jenom že si mám vše vyřídit sám s leteckou společností. Pokud se někam dovoláte tak mluvíte s automatem nebo s někým kdo nemá ani potuchy jak jednat. S Kiwi už žádný obchod neudělám a všechny varuji.
