Good, not great. It does all the basics. It's some way behind other business card apps though. E.g. we have two separate Limited companies, both with Capital on Tap accounts. The problem is, to see one company card / account, we need to log out of the app and log back in with another set of credentials, which is a real pain. Meaning we have no oversight of one company's transactions! With other business card accounts both companies hold, it's an easy switch between the accounts in the app.

I love that you can take photos and add notes for each transaction, I'd love to be able to upload pdf documents though. However since updating my phone it only works on a WiFi signal and says no internet connection even though I definitely have data. My only other issue is the regularly verifying who I am with a passport or driver's licence. When scanning a UK driver's licence it scans the front no problem but the back it never seems to scan. Scanning a passport works fine.

App is slow to load every time. However, once it does load it is useful and gives a good, in your hand, view of where your account stands and what payments have been made. Unfortunately, being slow to load, I have found that I now don't actually bother using the app so it is kind of useless in that respect. However, the notifications when payments are made is reassuring and a good anti-fraud measure, and this still seems to work well, despite the other issue. If the slow-to-load issue could be fixed, I would be happy to give 5 stars.....
