I thought it was me until I came here to review the app and realised that many other users have the same experience. You can't track orders - or at least, not the one that prompted me to install the app. Also, it wants to link to my Gmail or Outlook account. That's not going to happen, so I've uninstalled the app. Update: I tried it again. It doesn't work. Maybe if you use Outlook or Gmail it might work, but would you trust a 3rd party to look at every email you receive?

Shop (the app) doesn't prevent scams, and leaves customers with no recourse. Shop should prevent money being taken for pre-orders until they are shipped. If a payment is made over 120 days your bank cannot recall it. So I've lost £52 on an order I never received, the seller won't reply and my bank can't help. There are also other issues. A bug has caused my recent orders to be shipped to an address that I haven't lived in for 9 years and isn't even showing on my profile.

absolutely terrible app. I was forced to download it to view tracking information by another company. I'm sure they're just on commission per install. The worst part is, the tracking information is either not available or so badly organised it is impossible to find amongst the pages and pages of irrelevant products. the app is begging to connect my contacts and read my email. NO. Uninstalled.
