All the instructions on the UniFi website tell you to "download the UniFi app and scan the QR code on the back of your device using the app". The problem is that the app doesn't have any facility to scan a QR code. The feature in the app to open a support ticket just hangs on a blank screen. So the device you've purchased is immediately a brick. Good luck!

Superb app, especially when used with a cloud key for remote access. However a few niggles that would make this 5 stars if resolved. RF environment scans always say "last scan: never" despite having run several over time. and the ability to track memory and CPU usage of devices like in the controller web interface would be amazing. However Good kit, good app very pleased 👍

Still no AR feature in 2021. An all round very well designed app, with a good UI. However, only giving it 3 stars, since it is behind the iOS app in terms of features. How is the AR feature still not yet on Android a year after release? Still seems to be an issue with the blocking and unblocking of devices as well - the option to unblock is too well hidden in the various menus.
