Abysmal security. I'd expect it to be like my banking app - i.e. work in the background, but if I want to access the information then require a pin or biometrics. The Hubspot app doesn't work like that. You're either logged in so it works and anyone with your phone can access everything, or you're logged out and nobody can access the info but the features don't work. This is a shame, because other than this fatal flaw, the app is actually brilliant.

While trying to log into a client's account (I'm a job coach) and it won't let me use their credentials, it will only let me use my personal Google account to sign in, not my client's info. People have more than one Google Account on phones, folks. The app could also use improvements when using screen readers for blind users, not everything reads correctly.

The business cards scanner was great. After the update, I now have to input all mobile numbers by hand as the app cannot identify them in the card. Still a good app but it is gone a bith backward.
