Poor performance. the only things I'd use this app for are Stars and to get notifications for when a game has installed. The prior does not work. I bought Doom The Dark Ages for £69.99, did I get reward points? Nope. This happens all too often. Notifications for when a game has installed do work.

The app is clunky and laggy. The interface is more form than function and not intuitive. It severely compresses images sent to group chats—turning them into blurry, pixelated garbage. This isn’t the 90s with dial-up. Also, it demands full media access just to save a capture. Scoped storage has existed since 2019. Sony has had years to implement this. Upgrade your servers, fix the UI, stop wrecking images, and respect user privacy.

I'm giving a new review. It is good app WHEN IT WORKS! The reason I gave it 2 stars is because when it doesn't work, THERE IS NO SOLUTION, IT IS A WIATING GAME! I have seen a lot of people on reddit who share my experience in that the app doesn't upload the clips OR when it does, you try to download that clip and you receive a message that says "can't download, try again later" even if you have storage space, uploaded correctly, etc ... PLEASE fix the app.
