My account was being blocked and I thought my subscription had already ended. Then, I discovered it was a technical issue on their end and they had to make a change to be able to connect again. So, I paid for months' worth of service and I could not use it. Bye PureVPN. I'll move to a different one as soon as it expires.

It will really work better with the trail version, once you subscribe for 1 year or more plans, it's started showing true reflection. No connection, try again after sometime etc etc and it's not at all useful. Even with the VPN connected, we are not able to connect with the customer service support team, you need to disconnect the VPN and then connect with the support team.

Got sucked into this garbage VPN when it absorbed Ivacy. Horrible service, garbage app. App constantly nags. Want to open a connection, it nags you to enable notifications, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Want to close a connection? It nags you about the quality of the connection, EVERY SINGLE TIME. On PC, you can't even close the program until you "Rate the Connection". Stay as far away as possible. Oh, and split tunneling on Android is pretty busted.
