A must have app! Teaches you so much about your mental health & slowing down. It helps you with your relationship with food, sleep, your friends, partner & most importantly yourself. I would love it if they added a playlist feature as sometimes at night I want to listen to 2 different sleepcasts but I don't want to wake up & change them.

I've been using the app since 2022, and it's not as good as it used to be. Over the past 5 months, there have been constant bugs in the system; starting a session and stopping multiple times and having to restart, loss of run streak, and now the loss of all my activities! I've updated the app again, the 2nd time in less than a week, and hope it's the last. Really disappointed to have lost my activities list!

EDIT: I bumped it to 4 stars as they quickly fixed the original issue and support was very responsive. Still opportunities for improvement on search and finding a series. --- The content is good and the features have good aims, but the execution and search needs polish. I would be fine with it if I could navigate up to a series from an individual entry in the series and favorite it, such as Goodnight World.

A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
