This app is frustrating, first of all it's easy to set up but when I tried to add my bank card it just couldn't validate who I am. I put in my mums details and it still didn't work. We tried to sign out to create a new account but somehow there is no way to sign out of the app. We went to the support section of the app and website and there was nothing there for this issue. So useless and annoying.

fine for small vendors. Multiple glitches for a larger retail store. -fails to scan properly with a Bluetooth barcode reader. this is a known issue for many years that has not been remedied. We have lost thousands of dollars due to this. -Square charges of you want a second location that is used solely for inventory (warehouse) even if there are zero sales from there. -inventory is not tracked accurately. many times it is off. -online dashboard is constantly freezing/glitching.

Good,but it has a major flaw - the "search transactions" feature doesn't work AT ALL. No matter if you search for description, amount or date or transaction number "No Results" is all you get. Even if you search for one you can see right at the top "No Results". Therefore pretty poor. This works on the webpage bizarrely. Hasn't worked in the year or more that I've had this app too so no fixes at all and I likely to ask well. Also the slowest of the three card apps I have to start up.
