I've owned my Woburn Multi speaker for c four years. Having just got a new WiFi router, trying to connect the speaker once again is near impossible. I've factory reset the speaker. When I find the speaker in Google Home, it says the speaker needs to be 'Activated before setup'. I go back to the Marshall app, find the speaker, select it, only for it to then take me back to Google Home. It's a never ending cycle. Does anyone test this stuff before release?

Hello, thanks for your review and comment. Are you able to locate the "Utility App" in the Google Play store? If so, download it and see if it helps to get your speaker connected to the WiFi network. For more assistance, please reach out to support@marshallheadphones.com.

Connectivity unstable. Confirm not my router or WiFi as none of other devices have issues. Apps is not smooth, drag the bass or treble bar and it will delay few seconds. Everytime connect from Spotify to Marshall take at least 3-5 seconds, at least and some more few minutes. Need to turn off power and on to sort of restart then only can connect again. Very bad experience and given the price I paid, I don't think it deserved premium or even good status. Just bad.

Nothing but problems with the wifi connectivity of this product. 1. When using WiFi the speaker/app would go off on its own instantiation of Pandora. I could no longer view or control the streaming from my phone. 2. Multi-room never did work. It tried. But even just trying to run 2 speakers it would just skip and stutter. 3. After a year, I thought I'd check to see if they fixed WiFi. Found out it didn't even work at all anymore. Support said try Utility app. That ddn't work either.
