I think this is a great dominoes game. The game play is realistic and the layout is enjoyable. The creators put a lot of time and energy into making their game stand apart from the others. Recently, ads have been added and this new feature has diminished my enjoyment. On top of that, the developers are encouraging players to pay for a subscription to get rid of the ads. I understand that that pay model generates a lot of revenue, but it'd be nice to have the option of paying once to disable them

Hello! The forced ads are skippable, not so long, and they help us support the game development and make the game free to play. Other ads give players bonuses, but they are optional to watch. You can get rid of ads by purchasing NoAds offers(one-time fee) or VIP status.Thank you for your understanding!

The app itself is great, but the match making could use some work. I'm not very good at the game, and everyone I match against has a way higher win %. I know I'm new at the game, but there has to be players at similar skill levels as me to match with. I lost like 15+ games in a row, and I was still getting matched with players way above my skill level. That just makes me want to delete the app to be honest.

Hello! We completely understand that losing games or having unsuitable tiles is not motivating and cannot be enjoyable. However, nobody is constantly lucky. Normally our app algorithms try to find opponents having the same skills level. However we'll discuss your feedback with our team!

I haven't played yet but it seems like I'll love it. I already told my husband to download it so we can play each other. 1 suggestion I have is when you reply don't make it a generic reply. Someone asked if we could be matched with people on the same level and your reply was talking about losing and not having the right bones. This implies that you weren't listening to her concerns. To make the app a success you need to understand your customers concerns
