great music but terrible app! when it works it's great, but the app just keeps crashing, freezing, does not work off line, loses connection, needs forced stopped to get working to name but a few issues. This is not what's expected from a global company these days... totally ruining the Amazon music subscription!

Where do I start... Used to be a good app, but recently it's got alot worse. Theres one album I have downloaded that will not play in track order, it used to but not anymore. When you make a playlist, once you are done, it will not let you add songs at anytime, not really that good if you find a new song you want to add to it. It will not let you have the album cover on playback and when it does an update, all the album covers disappear so you have to go online to get them back again!

I was a loyal Spotify user for years before I decided to try Amazon Music for its superior sound quality. I figured that giving up my Spotify Wrapped and other features would be worth it. However, after two months of using Amazon Music, I found the experience to be excruciating. The app is incredibly buggy and slow; it constantly crashes and is not very intuitive or user-friendly. What’s the point of having better music quality if you can’t even listen to music properly? Back to Spotify for me.
