App is laggy after the last few updates. The App was working good before but the last few updates have caused it to become slow. When you open the Recent Live View page, it takes time to load the recent live videos which was not the case earlier before the updates. Sometimes it takes ages to open the live view of a particular camera, when you open any particular camera. Developer, please fix this.

it is a great product. ideally, if they develop it further, it would be wonderful if an AI addition would scroll through the video footage until there is some movement, or a person appears. This would make it better for a residential use where there maybe a long time scrolling. Otherwise it is great. we captured a burglar in action stealing from a neighbour the other day, and the police have video footage as evidence. The burglar left us alone due to the cameras.

This app is now dire! It does not work on Android 12 device (Ulefone) as it now locks up the device, so have to shutdown and reboot the device. HiLook is working fine on Android 12. No problems on iOS 17xx on either of the HiLook or Hikvision apps. This is not the first time the Hik-Connect app has fallen over on an Android device. Update as of May 2025, this app yet again after an update fails to work and bricked my Android v12 device. You have to hard reboot. App not usable at all.
