The lights are fine, but the app is utterly useless; on setup, the light sometimes gets connected to the WiFi (and accessible via the undocumented API), but it doesn't show up in the app, and your WiFi connection gets marked as "Connected via Control Center" forever (only removable by uninstalling the app).

This App is dog. I have set this up 4 times now and it's now doing the same thing. When you initially download the app you obviously have to pair the product you want to control. Now this where the problem is. The syncing of this rubbish. The app asks you to connect to the WiFi which I am already you then click add accessory it has a look then asks you to once again connect to the WiFi. I'm already connected, but despite disconnecting and reconnecting hit add device, it's asks u connect to wifi

Years on from buying my key light, they still haven't resolved issues with the app not finding it as an accessory. Chats are full of complaints about this. Advice around rebooting everything, including your router. No other apps seem to struggle like this, or need such basic intervention. Really annoying
