Not good. it was ok when I bought it in 2024 but now it misses whole rooms. I've tried a mapping run and deleting map. I was sent another robot as a beta test and it's a whole lot better than the roomba at less than half the price. I can see exactly where the vac is in the app, can alter the suction and the bin is much bigger. when the roomba works, it's great but it's too hit and miss. *edit no response from the email address I was given. now switched to the beta vac. far better.

Good hardware, terrible app. Extremely slow. Seems to reload all data every time I navigate. Loses connection with the roomba. Random crashes. Often fails to start a job via the app, button is easier but I can't set what rooms without the app. At some point locked me out of the app for days. Map isn't accurate. Stay out zones not respected, I end up having to block access to carpets etc with furniture so it doesn't go over them and jam

Down to 1 star. Need to provide a way to stop Roomba from always mapping or doing more areas than it is told to do. It went into a room that should never be cleaned and ate some important documents! We have to setup the house for each day's scheduled cleaning and having it go places it is not scheduled to do is very frustrating. I've had two Roombas since the original but there's better competition out there now.
