5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I suffer with neck and shoulder pain, doctor recommended beginners yoga, I don't have time for classes so searched for an alternative. Tried a few home versions this is BY FAR THE BEST. This app is incredibly user friendly and informative. You can personalise the workouts and timings and you get realistic goals, can track progress and who would have thought the way you breathe can make such a difference! Honestly felt a positive difference from day 1 GET THIS APP GUYS. AWESOME 👌

Day 3 for me and I'm not bored yet. Easy to follow and building up in intensity. Not overly hard, but can feel the working muscles. Really like it so far. Update 1 year on. If you really persist with it, you can see good results. I keep coming back to it as it's very well put together, doesn't take a lot of time and just overall the best yet

So far, so good. Makes it easy to stay on track. Workouts are short, so there is no excuse for a lack of time. You can make them longer or harder as well. Adds are bad, but they only hit after you've completed your workout, so it's minimal annoyance! I'm loving it so far, and it's still free!
