If I could give it no stars, I would. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Application approved and verified but then keeps asking again and again. As you can't have more than one using the same details, I cannot proceed any further as it just keeps saying maximum account limit reached!! I try to log into the seller center app and it just goes straight to verification again! For God's sake Tik tok, pull your finger out and GET ALL THESE ISSUES FIXED!! On top of that, they now have my passport details!!

Overly complicated UI that makes you run in circles. It tries to help you improve your listings. But, recently many of us are unable to add TT shop products to our showcase. We cannot link products anymore. Is this because of the tarriff situation? This should be fixed or publicly addressed instead of leaving sellers in the dark.

one of the worst e-commerce interface. very bad customer service respond. all respond feels like robot template and slow without meaningful solution. not user friendly. lots of rules and regulation that feels weird. all rules favour end user customer that open to potential fraud that burden seller. unfavourable return policy. seller bear the burden of all unreasonable cost. long payout. all promos are kind of gimmic with a lot of hidden cost. lots more other negative thing
