can't cancel subscription, I have tried multiple times the app misleads you. I joined the 1 week trial, I chose PayPal and the app said cancel at anytime. THERE IS NO OPTION TO CANCEL! I have checked the app, play store and PayPal there is no option to cancel the subscription. my last option was to email however it gave me details to an ireader app. PayPals report a problem has limited options and you can't explain so it can be cancelled that way either. annoyed and frustrated!

Unfortunately, I didn't read all of the comments before I subscribed, and I got scammed as well. I've emailed them twice ,and I haven't heard back. By the second email, I gave up on trying to get a refund, and now I just desperately want them to cancel my subscription. The quality of the books was awful, with zero editing, and they did not inform me that the price was going to go from 26c to $15! There's no way to cancel, and I'm seriously concerned about them taking more money out of my bank.

HORRIBLE! I paid the first week to read a book and found out the book with hundred plus chapters was just multiple books in one. I emailed the Novelpack email to advise I wanted to cancel but never received a response and was again charged for a second week. Do not make the mistake of paying for a subscription. No one from this company responds on email or in their WhatsApp chat.
