This app does not work on Android devices (For example, Samsung Ultra 22). I was able to log in, but the screen goes black, and when clicking on the 3 lines, the information appears in the background but not visible properly. It works fine on Apple devices, though. Can it be looked into so that it works for Android devices?? Many thanks.

love it when it works. I hate it when it dont work 90% of the time when I try to log in when you try to log in, it keeps sending you out of the app to enter your password, and you have to do it over and over again instead of doing it on the app it's self. had to uninstall and then reinstall the app multiple times just to get it to work. it has nothing to do with your hr/payroll department. it's all on ADP's system.

Could you try clearing your cache and reinstalling the app? If that doesn’t correct the issue, please contact your company’s HR/Payroll. They can contact their ADP Tech Team to look into this. Thank you, NW

Fix your app! For months now logging into the mobile app is a nightmare! An endless loop of MFA that goes nowhere, just back to the login screen. If I need to login to the app to view my paystub, request time off, approve my timecard, etc. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then can only login once! And it's not my phone or service or anything on my end, this is how it is for EVERYONE at my workplace. If I didn't have to use this app to clock in and out I wouldn't!

Please try clearing your phones cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phones OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue please contact your company administrator usually the payroll/hr contact at your company and they can reach out to their ADP Tech team to troubleshoot.
