once i signed out, app could not launch anymore. it just froze. need to uninstall and install again to launch the app. after that it happened again and had to repeat the process of uninstalling again. working flawlessly after update!

Contrary to unsolicited 'advice' from random people, I personally experienced a streamlined operation the moment I entered the Jetstar 'bay'. Easy luggage tags, easy check in at the counter for bags drop. The lady staff was cheerful. Attentive and very accommodating towards me. I tend to be clumsy before 6am! I tagged my bag tag at the extended luggage handle. She didn't make me feel stupid. I had a problem removing those sticky tags, she smilingly removed for me + attached fresh tag! TQ!

I normally fly Air NZ, work reason, however all personal travel is with Jetstar and rate them very highly. the staff are great, have not been delayed yet🤞🏻. announcements are audible. Just an all aeound great experience..💯
