Generally this is a good app and usually works without any problems. However, the option to translate from Thai to English rarely works. This as far as I can determine is a design fault as the pages are primarily composed of images, not text, so will not translate. The other problem I've noticed consistently this year is when collecting points, specifically with the treasure chest option, this only works when the minimum number of coins will be selected, in all other instances it locks up.

Try Lazada if you want to experience the most useless and incompetent customer service and app ever. Had a problem for over a year that I can't message sellers properly, I get error/TOS messages that blocks me regardless of the message or seller. I have spent years ordering from Lazada and yet, they ignore my repeated attempts to have this fixed, they lie constantly, say they will help but make me wait ages for a response of "we're not going to do anything about it, we're closing the ticket".

While I like the availability of items, please stop with the forced ads and popups that are not closable until after a few seconds when I open your app. I am ALREADY OPENING YOUR APP. I intend to use it. Stop forcing things down my throat and show your promotions in a non intrusive way! This chinese style of app design is getting extremely annoying.
