Can't even sign in. Get a message that says "Too Many Login Attempts" and then it says my account is locked, even though it's not locked. I can sign in on any other device. Update: Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the issue. Same error after the first attempt at signing in and I am sure the login and password are correct.

Thanks for reaching out. This message appears after multiple incorrect login attempts, even if your account isn’t locked. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or using a different browser. If you're on the Square app, update or reinstall it. Let us know if the issue persists.

Essentially useless. As of two weeks ago the "homepage" now refuses to load and displays an error message "try again in 30 seconds" but never actually loads. Whatever "bug fixes" were updated on 3/6/25 did not resolve the issue. Disappointing.
