This latest update has a serious bug. When swiping your fare/points display to go from one to the other, every time you swipe, the text gets smaller & smaller. It's annoying as hell and the only work around is to go to system settings, change the font size and restart the app. Just don't swipe, it happens again. UPDATE: Hey look another bug filled update. Now it nags you every time you swipe on the points/fare display to check out the destination filter. once you click next it nags you again.

The application is getting more advanced, but the support is getting worse and worse. Whenever I need to sort things out, I just have issues with the system. The support is just like roadblocks. They are never willing to sort issues out. They just escalate some issues and when finally you come to a person who could help, they just reject the documents for no real reason. This happened to me many times. This is my personal experience over and over again. I do not recommend this application.

Zero customer support. I've literally tried EVERYTHING to speak to a human, but it's impossible. All I want to do is opt in to accept age restricted items, but the app crashes at the end of the training. Can I speak to someone about this? NO! I'm missing out on a lot of delivery opportunities as I work late nights but can not get the support to turn it on. Worst customer support I've ever experienced. Uber; if you're reading this, please contact me!
