As a user, I always dread having to use this. While available functionality speeds up claims, the user-interface doesn't necessarily provide the outcome one would expect. Auto-checking of expenses can cause a claim is returned without being clear why. Most frequently the app hangs or gets stuck in an authentication-failure loop, requiring force-close, cache/storage clear, or reinstall. Once you understand how it works and use it regularly, as long as you aren't impacted by bugs it can be good.

Was good, but now I need to log in all the time. It's not very responsive (tested on multiple devices) and over reliant on an internet connection. This is probably okay for a small business, but not large global companies. Degraded further to 1* as the expensit system is importing duplicate expenses and asking for reviews across my devices. 4G LTE isn't sufficient for the bandwidth it requires. You should be able to choose when to use Expensit. Doesn't work with latest android.

Painfully badly optimised start up, so slow to load. 2 other painful gripes are that when an expense is created from a receipt scan or pdf, it stays on the default "no receipt" and must be changed manually. In addition when travelling, the amount in local currency as billed on my card is not something that i can tap in to correct the exchange rate, and neither will changing the exchange rate affect the local currency amount past 2 decimal places. Please fix these glaring issues.
