With advances in tech, cloud storage should be cheaper, larger, & easier, not smaller, more expensive, & more difficult. Especially when you pay $140-$170 for a frame, it should all be included. Now Nix decides to just change their terms? What started as a great idea, has now become a money grab. Don't waste your money on this, especially when shared cloud storage exists and apps that can broadcast pictures to your smart TV, for a more reasonable price, you probably are already paying for.

Useful app with some flaws. Not all apps can share to Nixplay, such as Samsung file system and videos. In addition, the file add photo / video in the app has no way to sort or filter making it's usage difficult for older photos. Finally tagging pictures is unnecessary difficult, allow tagging of multiple pics. Sometimes uploading multiple videos that need cut to 15s causes failures, never clear the source. Updating based on recent contract changes. Will plan a move to Aura frames.

when I bought my nixplay photo frame, integration with Google photos was free. Now they want to charge me for features they offered when I paid for the product. Google don't charge for API access, there's no fair reason for the bait and switch. nixplay is not a company I'd choose to do business with again.
