Great deals and prices during certain seasons. But terrible customer service support based in Turkey. Recently, last month, I bought some items but didn't receive. I had to go through a chatbot (but it had no history so I had to keep repeating my case). Trendyol said courier verified that they delivered items. That's all the updates I received after 2 weeks, when they said they would get back to me asap.

Worst experience ever! I requested a return and it's been 20 days—still no pickup. Today I got a mail saying the return was canceled. Customer service is useless; I had to explain everything to 10+ agents who all said, "we're just employees." No follow-up, no resolution, no email as promised. They don’t even check complaint history. Avoid this app. Go with Amazon or Noon for a reliable and smooth experience.

This app is horrendous. After changing my mind and not even checking out, after pressed back, the app had error with coupon for first customer used. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. The error persits and live chat DOES NOT WORK....and it just redirects you to the homepage, and the app interface is rubbish. I am clearly upset and a lost customer. I sincerely hope your app gets taken down 😚.
