Ordered a 3 items which sadly ran small to size. However there was excellent customer service, free returns and I will DEFINITELY order from them again because I LOVE the styles. I'll just order MUCH larger sizes 😊 I usually take a UK size 18 top so ordered a size 20 , but it was still too tight for me, and a little short in the body. Will be ordering more items soon bearing these minor issues in mind. Quality was lovely, shipping fast and communication excellent. Would recommend.

Everything went well until I bumped into a shocking situation. I returned items and agreed to have store credit instead of return to credit card. Later, I ordered another order with this store credit... And now I'm prohibited from returning items. So I've lost around 100$ through shocking practice I've never seen anywhere before.

Very difficult to use. No search or filter facility, you have to scroll through everything whether you want to or not. Have to go into an item to see your shopping bag. The size guide gives very different answers to the individual products, so you're best just ignoring it & clicking on the size for the item (always comes up much smaller than the guide anyway). Might be a great way to make people look at everything & get stuck with items they don't want, but user friendly it is not.
