최악이다. 결제한 지 10분도 안 되어 취소 요청했으나 절대 불가능했고, 항공편 2개 중 하나는 내가 항공사 홈페이지에서 취소 가능해서 했고, 나머지 하나는 불가능해서 그대로 날렸다.. 홈페이지에서 환불 가능 금액도 확인했으나 카드번호 넣어야 취소 가능해서 실패.. 결제도 취소도 내가 했는데 굳이 여길 이용할 필요가 있나?? 가격이 그렇게 저렴하지도 않고.. 최악

The customer experience is terrible. Don't expect anything for refunds or changes. 차질 보호 premium 결제하면 항공권 취소 가능한것 처럼 은근하게 홍보하고, 결제부터 유도시킨 뒤 결제하고 나면 아무것도 달라지는게 없었음. 당연하게도 결제 취소나 환불은 불가능했고, 그냥 앱이 전체적으로 바가지, 끼워팔기, 사기를 행하고 있음. 값싼 항공권인것처럼 홍보했으나, 이것저것 끼워팔기 식으로 붙여서 결국은 훨씬 비싸지기도 했음. 결론적으로 절대 사용하면 안되는 쓰레기 앱임. 누구든지 사용하는 사람이 있다면 뜯어 말리고 싶음.

급해서 예약했던 곳이 최악의 사이트일줄 몰랐습니다. 다행히도 24시간안에 취소를 하고 제주항공이 수수료없이 취소처리를 해주었지만 키위에서는 일단 기다려 달라는 말을 하고...환불을 해주지 않고 있습니다 2주째.. 문의답변도 가상 비서가 해주는데 답답해 죽습니다.. 이곳에 이런 리뷰를 남기고 나서야 담당자가 확인을 해준답니다..haha Do not make money like that ,kiwi! Give people a refund.
