System isn't fit for purpose and service provided is disingenuous. Signed up to take advantage of an offer for a family club membership through tabby to pay in 4 installments. Authorization was rejected and I have been advised to make lots of "smaller" purchases to build up a "trust" to allow bigger amounts to be covered. Why would I want to pay for small amounts over 4 payments? And by the time I have "this trust relationship" the offer will have expired. Beware, its not what it seems.

The service appears to be lacking in its functionality. Despite having a high credit score, the application and its system are inadequate, and customer support is unable to provide effective assistance. Uninstalled the app. Update: Despite reaching out to you, I have only received generic, prewritten responses. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism in your customer service. I don't recommend Tabby at all. Use Tamara or any other services.

Great app but unable to make payment of individual transactions on overdue amounts. Please enable the system to receive payments. I am trying to pay, but customer care keeps telling me they will send it to legal. But the system that usually allows payment of individual transaction amounts is now locked on my app. It is all or nothing. Isn't the point of credit to also receive payment. I am getting charged the overdue fee. Why can't I make payments on the individual overdue transactions then?
