If you have no injuries it's cool, there is a lot to do and you can tweak exercises slightly. Unfortunately I have injuries on both wrists and knees and I need specifically curated exercises that won't make it worse. In the app you can choose to not exercise certain parts of body, but it's not specific enough. For example I want to exercise legs and arms but I just need exercise that won't hurt my wrists and knees that's all.

Creating a routine is so long winded. You have to add each set individually for each exercise and the rest time. I assume this is free a weights based app, but it's frustrating that there are no cable exercises, also not all exercises have the incline and decline variants. There are simpler apps out there with larger exercise lists and easier to build routines. I suggest taking a look at the app "Strong". Much more user friendly, and you can swap exercises out and update rest times on the go.

The app seems to be good, but I didn't find anywhere the option to set up the limitations due injuries, so the program could be adjusted to low impact on e.g. joints. You cannot call it a personal training program unless you adjust the program according to health issues.
