Beware of the "Refund Okay" facility. I have been a long-standing customer with Traveloka, and usually was quite happy with the booking experience. Until I tried the "Refund Okay" option. I tried getting a refund after I had to cancel my flight. Traveloka T&C clearly stated "80% refund on the actual paid ticket fare minus ancillaries". There were no ancillaries or add-ons on the ticket or invoice, but they claimed baggage was a "bundled" add-on. So they refunded 27% less than they should have.

Be careful when purchasing airline tickets, always take a screen shot for the "reschedule" or "refund" requirements, I wanted to make a "refund" according to the airline's policy or requirements, but was rejected by Traveloka, the customer service said, I "did not have the right" to make a refund, because the ticket I bought was non-refundable, fortunately I have screen shot evidence, and he/she can only divert the topic of conversation about refunds, the customer service name is "AZEEM".

I use Traveloka all the time. This time I had an issue with the rescheduled flight. I couldn't catch my next flight because of them. And it mentioned that I could ask a refund , but they kept rejected my request. I had to buy a new ticket with no compensation. It was so irritating.
