I have been using this app for over 2 years and it's been great to use the whole time. The recent update is great and added a lot of quality of life features. Only features I would like to see are the ability to created your own assisted exercises and a way to add friends so you can keep up with each others progress. Either way I highly recommend and the lifetime subscription is well worth it as the developer frequently improves the quality of this app.

Without doubt the best app I have ever purchased. I've been using Strong for nearly a decade now; all my progress, all my eccentric workouts, all my efforts duly tracked and analysed - I rely on this so so much. Even after all these years the Devs keep adding more and more, the most recent updates with times between sets, adding in drop sets etc has been excellent. 5/5 💪🏻🥰

Really onboard with the new UI and this is after using for a couple of months. When replacing an exercise it should add that new exercises most recent sets and weights instead of the giving the "new" exercise the sets and weight of the exercise being replaced. Because they are two completely different exercises I have to go to my history to find what I did for that exercise the most recent time.
